FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DELIVERY OF ONLINE PURCHASES
Within the UK, small unframed paintings are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and larger unframed works by Parcelforce Express 48. Although generally free postage within the UK, there may occasionally be a small charge for very large and framed paintings. I will send you tracking information once your order is dispatched.
NB Any purchases from overseas may incur customs charges in addition to the cost of the painting and postage.
STUDIO VISITS
If you would prefer to see a particular painting ‘in the flesh’ or just have a browse generally, you are more than welcome to visit my studio - I live in Great Bardfield, North Essex - Just give me a call!
PAYMENTS
You can purchase directly on the website with credit cards and paypal but should you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please call me to organise.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with the painting once received, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund, but it must be returned in similar packaging as was sent to you and posted by recorded delivery. Full refund will be issued upon receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser – please check the insurance value is adequate before sending.
FRAMING
If you are based in the UK and would like to have your painting framed, please get in touch for a quote. I have found a few frames that suit my paintings well and am happy to show you some options. I will quote and invoice you separately for the frame and delivery charge.
COMMISSIONS
I am always very happy to talk about commissions. You may have a particular scene in mind or if there is a work you have seen on my website which may have been sold, and would like to commission a similar piece, please do get in touch to discuss further.
